Welcome to Nibras Al-Tajweed Quran Academy. By accessing our website, subscribing to our services, or enrolling in any of our online Quran courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Student" or "Parent/Guardian"), and Nibras Al-Tajweed Quran Academy concerning your access to and use of our educational services, website, and related digital channels.

2. Online Educational Services

Nibras Al-Tajweed Quran Academy provides online 1-on-1 and small group Quranic instruction, including Noorani Qaida, Tajweed Mastery, Quran Recitation, Hifz-ul-Quran (Memorization), and Islamic Studies. Classes are conducted via modern interactive video communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Skype) scheduled according to mutually agreed timetable slots.

3. Free Trial Classes

We offer up to 3 complimentary evaluation trial classes to new prospective students. These classes allow students and parents to evaluate our qualified tutors, teaching methodology, and interactive learning environment. Free trials are provided without any financial commitment.

4. Tuition Fees and Payment Schedule

• Tuition fees are billed on a monthly recurring basis in advance of scheduled sessions.
• Accepted payment methods include bank wire transfers, international remittance (Western Union / MoneyGram), and authorized local payment gateways.
• Students or guardians are responsible for ensuring timely payment to maintain continuous class reservations with their assigned tutor.

5. Class Attendance and Rescheduling

• Punctuality: Students are requested to join the virtual classroom promptly at their scheduled lesson time.
• Advance Notice for Rescheduling: If a student cannot attend a session, notice must be provided at least 6 hours in advance to allow our coordination team to arrange an alternative makeup class.
• Tutor Absences: In the rare event that a tutor is unavailable due to an emergency or technical disruption, a qualified substitute instructor or a makeup session will be scheduled promptly.

6. Code of Conduct and Respectful Environment

We are committed to maintaining a dignified, respectful, and spiritually enriching Islamic learning environment:

• All interactions between students, parents, and teachers must adhere to Islamic ethics (Adab and Akhlaq).
• Direct exchange of personal contact information, off-platform financial transactions, or unauthorized communications outside academy channels is strictly prohibited.
• Appropriate modest dress code is expected during all video lesson sessions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all written curricula, guides, blog articles, logos, graphics, and course structures on nibrasaltajweed.com are the intellectual property of Nibras Al-Tajweed Quran Academy and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Content may not be republished or distributed commercially without written authorization.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our educational services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide the highest standard of Quranic instruction and technical stability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet connectivity on the student's end. Nibras Al-Tajweed Quran Academy shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising out of your use of our digital platforms.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued enrollment following updates signifies your acceptance of the amended terms.
